Rockaway Fire

The Rockaway Borough Fire Department wishes a Merry Christmas to everyone!

Shortly after 10am, Rockaway Borough Fire Department was dispatched for a 2nd Alarm residential fire in Dover. Crews worked with several mutual aid departments with fire suppression, ventilation, and salvage and overhaul operations. RBFD members operated on scene for approx 2 hours before returning to town.

Even on Christmas Day, the members of RBFD answered the call to help those in need. We will always answer the call, no matter the day!
